General registration fees include all ICWIM6 and NATMEC2012 sessions, committee meetings, coffee breaks, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Monday Exhibit Reception.
One Day registration fees include all sessions and committee meetings, coffee breaks and lunch on that day.
Spouses, guests and One Day registered delegates are welcome to attend the Monday reception (please order guest reception extra tickets).

2 For full-time students only. Valid student ID required onsite and copy to be sent with the registration.

4 The ICWIM6 package includes the ICWIM6 sessions, coffee break and lunch on Monday (if booked before May 20), the delegate bag with the electronic ICWIM6 proceedings and documents.
5 After May 20, the dinner registration will be submitted to availability.
6 Special price, valid for one copy per registered delegate, if ordered on time and before the conference.
Refunds will be issued, less a 50 US$ cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by May 7, 2012. No refunds will be issued thereafter, nor for hard copy proceedings after March 7.
